The Wyoming Cowboys competed at the Division II Sectional Golf Tournament on Monday, September 22nd at The Mill Golf Course, posting a team score of 333 to secure a fourth-place finish and a spot in next week's District Tournament.
Senior John Meis paced the Cowboys with a strong round of 78, finishing tied for 8th individually in the field. Fellow senior Max Allen followed with an 83, while junior Will Berkemeyer carded an 85. Junior Ben Blocksom rounded out the scoring with an 87 to help Wyoming punch its ticket to the next round.
The Cowboys will now shift their focus to the Division II District Golf Tournament, set for Tuesday, September 30th at Pipestone Golf Club.
