Girls Tennis defeats Lakota East 3-2

The Wyoming girls tennis team defeated the Lakota East Thunderhawks 3-2 at Lakota East High School on Tuesday, August 18th. The Cowboys moved to 2-0 in the regular season.

At number 1 singles, Nina Myatt cruised to a dominant 6-0, 6-0 victory. Maya Brafman followed up with a strong performance at 2nd Singles, defeating her opponent 6-3, 7-6.

In doubles action, the second doubles duo of Carly Marsh and Jane Burrows rallied for a 5-7, 6-2, 6-2 victory to secure the win.
